Joe Martin

Mr. Martin is the founder and Chairman of Cambridge House International Inc., a Vancouver, Canada based firm which produces resource investment conferences and educational seminars. These conferences are among the largest held anywhere in the world. It’s Canadian investment conferences include annual events in several Canadian cities, Phoenix, Arizona, and Nassau, Bahamas. The company’s education division produces specialized investment advisory courses for both individual and professional investors.

Mr. Martin speaks at his own conferences and at Institutional Investment Conferences in several European cities. His topics focus on funds raised for Canadian resource exploration companies; what type of commodities they are raised for; and to which countries the funds are committed. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Mr. Martin has had a distinguished career in the publishing business. He is the founding editor and publisher of BC Business Magazine and is a past-president of the Association of Area Business Publications. He is a former editor of several periodicals including Vancouver Magazine and is the former publisher of several periodicals including World Investment News.

Denis Clement

Mr. Clement has more than 25 years of international experience in corporate finance and law. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sir George Williams University in Montreal, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 1978 and a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics in 1979. His principal occupation is Managing Director of Denis A. Clement & Associates, a private consulting business, which provides consulting services to emerging growth businesses primarily in the oil & gas and mining industries. He is also a founder and /or director of a number of public and private international resource companies, including the following public companies: CGX Energy Inc. (December 1998 to present), Dumont Nickel Inc. (chairman since July 1998 to present) , Argenta Oil & Gas Inc. (September 2005 to present), and Vena Resources Inc. (April 2004 to present).
